It’s A Family Thing
Since 1930, multiple generations of the Schlagel family have worked together to complete concrete finishes across Santa Barbara, from the iconic bike path along East Beach to stunning homes in Montecito. Mike decided to continue on the family tradition and start a company of his own. Mike and his hardworking team have been serving Santa Barbara County for over 40 years and love every minute of it.
While most jobs are in Santa Barbara, Mike and his team are no strangers to traveling, having worked on jobs in areas such as Summerland, Carpinteria, Malibu, Thousand Oaks, Westlake, Palos Verdes, and Beverley Hills.
